At Finca EcoVida, we believe that a sustainable holiday in Spain begins with respect for nature
and the history of the place. That’s why, both in the reconstruction of our rural house and in its daily use, we have integrated
eco-tourism practices that protect the environment and offer an authentic experience.
Sustainable Construction
- We have reused as much of the original materials from the ruin as possible , such as the tiles, wooden beams and roof tiles.
- We use traditional and natural materials for the walls and floors, respecting the authenticity of the property.
- All furniture is second-hand : lovingly restored or made by ourselves from recycled wood.
Responsible use of the property
- The house runs on solar energy , reducing the carbon footprint.
- The water from the shower and washing machine is collected , cleaned and reused to water the garden.
- A Burn water filter allows you to drink tap water without the need for plastic bottles.
- The property is traditionally isolated , with thick natural stone walls that keep it cool in summer and warm in winter.
With these measures, Finca EcoVida becomes a sustainable rural house on the Costa Blanca ,
where enjoying peace and nature goes hand in hand with a lifestyle that respects the planet.
